I Love You, Man

Saw this over the weekend with the hubs and Ken & Andrea. It was definately a snicker movie. For some reason I thought this was going to be a chick flick, maybe because it had something to do with a wedding. But a chick flick it was not.

Hubs and I liked it, there were a lot of funny parts. Go see it!

Kill Bill Vol. I

I attempted to watch this movie a few years ago when it first came out but I just wasn't expecting all the violence so I turned it off. It was on TV the other day so I thought I'd give it another shot.

I first learned about the two part movie when I took a film class in college a few years ago so I was always curious about it. The director, Quentin Tarantino, also wrote and directed Pulp Fiction so film critics were pretty excited about Kill Bill coming out.

Was it good? It was okay, a little too violent for me but I loved Lucy Lou and Uma Thurman fight scenes, they were awesome! Will I see the second one? Probably, if it shows on TV again.

MILK

This was a pretty good show, but when I found it a little boring. When I watched it I really was more in the mood to be entertained, not to learn something. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE shows that have a message, but my brain was tired when I watched it so it was a bit boring to me.

I LOVE Sean Penn, I think he is such a good actor. Especially in I Am Sam, he broke my heart in that show! He does amazing in this show too!

The show has a good message and hey, it's history. Movies are the only way I learn about history!

Pineapple Express

What is Pineapple Express? Why weed of course! I honestly thought this movie was about some train called Pineapple Express. Don't judge.

This movie is hilarious! I love watching funny movies with my hubster because he just laughs so hard!

Trading Spaces

Even though Page bugs!

Toddlers & Tiaras

I just started watching this one hoping to see those crazy beauty contestant mothers that freak out back stage. Well there have been a few of those but not as dramatic as I wanted. I've only seen a coupld episodes and I can't believe some of the things these kids do to win these things, or their mothers do to them!

Has anyone else seen this? What do you think?

House Bunny

I'm not a fan of chick flicks, but I wanted to check this one out because I heard it had Rumor Willis and Katherine McFee in it. I thought they did pretty good job! The show was pretty funny and not as stupid as I expected!

The Haunting of Molly Hartley

Ya know...I love scary movies but why can't they make ones that aren't so cheesy? They all start out with so much potential and then they just get corny! This one is a perfect example of that.

Family Guy

Seriously, the funniest show ever. I can't believe some of the stuff they get away with on this show! My favorite is the when Stewie and Brian argue about how to say cool whip!

If you haven't seen this, please watch!

The Simpsons

Alex and I LURV the Simpsons! It's such a quotable show.

Funny story, Alex has Simpsons checks and one time we were at Wal Mart checking out and the cashier girl noticed Alex was writing one of his Simpson's checks. She says, "Wow, you've gotta have a very nice wife to let you have Simpson's checks!"

Like The Simpsons is some evil show! I think she was a polygamist, most people are at that Wal Mart.

The Hubster play Halo 3 online.

Anyone else's husband obsessed with Halo? Playing it any free time they can find with the little ear piece thingy glued to their ear so they can swear with their online buddies?

Thought so.
